ISLAMABAD (Monday, Feb 25, 2019) – Islamabad High Court (IHC) has dismissed bail petition of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in Al-Azizia Steel Mills Reference on medical ground.
A two member bench comprising Hon. Justice Aamir Farooq and Hon. Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiani announced its judgment today.
Earlier, the bench had reserved judgment on the petition on Wednesday.
The former Prime Minister had filed a petition seeking bail and suspension of sentence in Al-Azizia Steel Mills Reference on medical grounds.
