Firdous Ashiq Awan replaced Fawad Ch. to lead Ministry of Information and Broadcasting’s portfolio

ISLAMABAD (Friday, April 19, 2019) – Doctor Firdous Ashiq Awan has replaced Fawad Chaudhry to lead the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting’s portfolio after being appointed as the Special Assistant in yesterday’s federal cabinet reshuffling by the Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan.

Welcoming the decisions of Prime Minister Imran Khan she said that “good time is coming to Pakistan” and added that “reshuffling in the cabinet is prerogative of the Prime Minister and keeping in view the present situation, it is a positive step”.

Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan in her tweet thanked PM Imran Khan and said; “I am grateful to PM Imran Khan for putting his trust in me by appointing me as a Special Advisor for Information and Broadcasting. I will try my level best to fulfil my responsibilities to the optimum”.
