BEIJING (Sunday, 24 March, 2019) – Han Zheng the Vice Premier of China speaking at the China Development Forum said that the country will achieve the key economic goal set for 2019.
He further stressed that China will promote more market-oriented reforms and open up its economy.
China’s economic growth target for year 2019 is between 6 % to 6.5 % which last year was 6.6 %.
Han Zheng also said China’s imports of goods are expected to exceed $12 trillion in the next five years signalling the world that China will be helping them increase their exports given China’s big market thereby increasing economic growth in the rest of the world too.
