Army Chief and PM visit world’s premier intelligence agency ISI HQ’s

Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa and Prime Minister Imran Khan visited Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) headquarters here at Islamabad yesterday.

 

Other visitors accompanying the PM included Federal Ministers Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Asad Umar and Special Assistant Dr Moeed Yousuf.

 

Lieutenant General Faiz Hameed the Director General of ISI received Army Chief and PM on their arrival at ISI Headquarters.

 

On the occasion, the Prime Minister was given a comprehensive briefing about complex regional and domestic challenges with special focus on Pakistan’s efforts for restoration of peace and stability.

 

During his visit to ISI Headquarters, the Prime Minister chiefly appreciated the sacrifices and tireless efforts of ISI.

 

ISI is the premier intelligence agency of Pakistan and regarded as amongst world’s top three intelligence agencies.

 

The head of ISI Lt. Gen. Faiz Hameed is considered to be more powerful and influential than many state heads of the world.
