An hour a day spent walking, jogging or any other healthy outdoor activity instead being on social media has numerous health and spiritual benefits

Lesser use of social media and more focus on real life activities greatly increase one's satisfaction with life, gives happiness, sense of achievement, reduces hopelessness and gives motivation to avoid use of drugs.

Increasing time spent on outdoor activities and actual socialization than connected to social media for hours has numerous health and spiritual benefits as per research of The HeadQuarters Think Tank research team.

A minimum of an hour time wasted on social media if replaced on exercising, outdoor activities and actual socialization greatly enhances emotional well-being, reduces stress and improves physical and spiritual health

Today the addiction of social media and the urge of being connected to social media all the time has greatly reduced the human beings effectiveness to the social system, the society and above all has greatly adversely affected the mental, physical and spiritual health of the current generation.

The social media is like drugs which give artificial satisfaction to a human emotionally or physically but have accelerated adverse affects on the health – similarly the social media gives the user artificial sense of attachment to a virtual world of virtual friends, activists sprinkled with the added charm of likes and followers but in actual reality it is the massive waste of the precious time of ones life with little or no result compared to the same time if used practically on actions like exercising, cycling, walking, running or the least just sitting outside in open air observing the world.

Lesser use of social media and more focus on real life activities greatly increase one’s satisfaction with life, gives happiness, sense of achievement, reduces hopelessness and gives motivation to avoid use of drugs.
