Gilgit-Baltistan Dilbars vs Punjab Ranjhas cricket match played on the highest Cricket Ground of the World

It is a great achievement of the Gilgit-Baltistan government led by Chief Secretary Gilgit Baltistan Mr. Mohyuddin Ahmad Wani, D.C. Nagar Zaid Ahmad, the Director Sports Mr. HUSSAIN ALI and his team who supervised the event and extended technical support making the event successful.

NAGAR, Gilgit-Baltistan (The HQ News) – In the series of Cricket Matches played on the highest Cricket Ground in the World (8400 feet), at Rakaposhi Cricket Stadium, Nagar, a friendly match was conducted on Sunday 9th October between the teams of Punjab Ranjhas and Gilgit-Baltistan Dilbars .

The teams included provincial level players and officers.

After a tough match, the match resulted in a tie.

As a goodwill gesture both teams decided to not play any super overs and the match was announced a tie.

Cricket lovers and tourists from the world and within Pakistan must come to visit this place in Nagar where a rare heavenly combination  of Culture, Tourism,  Sports, Glaciers , Trekking  enriched with friendly, civilized peaceful locals can be experienced.
